Terms explained
- Split AC
- One indoor wall unit paired with its own outdoor condenser. Common in apartments and older villas. Serviced per unit.
- Central AC (ducted)
- One indoor air handler feeding several rooms through ductwork and ceiling vents. Serviced per system, and the ducts matter as much as the unit.
- Chiller FCU
- A fan-coil unit fed with chilled water by the building, so there's no outdoor unit and no refrigerant gas. Serviced per unit.

Both visits include a full service check of the unit. The difference is how far we go inside it.
